Arman Pierre Fernandez
Pierre Fernandez Arman (Nizza, 1928 – New York, 2005) is a famous painter and sculptor that develops the artistic concept of Accumulations. Since 1953 he projects and realizes a lot of juxtapositions in boxes or Plexiglas windows that represent the reason of his success, he becomes one of the most important artist of Nouveaux Réalisme. The experimentation of different binders and the insertion of different objects( books, musical instruments, daily tools and equipment of painter) led him to a constant attitude of the art amplifying it into the concepts and dimensions. From this research he moves also to pictorial effects linked to colouristic harmony, a plastic-sculptural elements exemplified in the recomposition of objects made previously to pieces. These objects find a new shape and a new artistic contextualization.
